Breakups happen to most everyone at some point in their life. But what do you do when you find yourself in the midst of a really bad one?
You Shake It Up!
This is what I call a, Break-Up Shake Up.
I've had quite a few heartbreaks in my past, and thinking about each and every one of them, one of the first things I did was change up my space. My go-to move, remove all the pictures of "the ex."
But thinking back to the more serious ones, I went far above and beyond just removing pictures. From painting walls to completely ditching all my furniture, the theme remained the same. Change my surroundings and change my outlook.
And shockingly, it worked.
Proving that what you have in your space helps to dictate how you feel. And don't we all just want to feel good?
So, if you're not feeling it these days, try changing up what's around you, and see that feel good intention begin to seep back into your life.
