No Shoes, no shirt... well, let's just keep it at no shoes!

Here's one Intentional Tip you should really take to heart.

Be barefoot in your home. Especially if you have natural materials underfoot, like stone or real wood.

The simple act of having your skin come in contact with natural surfaces is one of the easiest grounding techniques there is. Not only will it help center you in your body, it can help you reduce anxiety, and maybe even sleep better.

So, toss those tennies, and get more centered and present in your everyday life. Your spirit will thank you for it.
